This charter explains what you can expect from being involved with AWS Community Support:
You can expect:

Opportunities to meet other Young People in a safe environment.

Access to a wide range of relevant information and advice on issues that are important to you.

A wide range of challenging and fun activities that will help you to develop new skills, knowledge and attitudes.

To be informed of what services and provisions are available to you, now and in the future.

To be aware of your right to make a complaint or compliment about the service you receive.
You can expect staff that are:

Respectful and supportive.

Professional and well trained.

Friendly and approachable.

Supportive and patient.

Reliable and honest.

Able to deal with confidential issues with respect and sensitivity.
Your Youth Centre should be:

Warm

Safe

Suitable Furnished and well resourced

At most, one bus ride from where you live.

Open at least one evening at week.

Accessible to all.
How you will be involved in the service:

You can expect to have your say and your ideas and suggestions will be taken seriously, respected and acted upon.

You have the right to be listened to and be actively involved in decisions that affect the running of your centre or project.

Your contributions will be valued and recognised.

You will be asked your view on how the service is doing on an annual basis.
